Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging - we're unable to accept a return once a product has been opened or used. Items returned opened, used or damaged will be rejected.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping method, as byMATTER is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

To start a return, contact us at hello@bymatter.com with your order number. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
